FACE FRAMES GALLERY LTD, formally MACAP FRAMES LTD has been manufacturing picture frames in Gibraltar for over 30 years.  We opened in April 1st 2014, the founding fool, Sebastian, was introduced to framing by Terry (from Terry's in Irish Town) and subsequently learnt how to frame from Stewart Duthie (Macap's).

All of our frames are made custom made in-house in our workshop. You can choose from a variety of frames we have in stock, or we can stain the frame to a colour of your choice. We can suggest the right frame for your art if you need any help. 

Mounts or "passepartout" are used to display or frame works of art. FACE FRAMES uses acid free mount for all of its mounts, and we have a variety of colours and textures available for you to choose from. We can provide multiple custom mount cuts within a frame to suit your individual requirements.

Canvasses are often unpinned for transportation. Whether a canvas needs restretching or a canvas needs to be "made to order" for a painting, all canvas stretches are stretched on custom-made boxes which are made to measure and stretched at the workshop.
